We work with local authorities in Hertsmere, Three Rivers, Watford, Buckinghamshire, Portsmouth, Croydon, West Sussex, Peterborough.

LADS schemes allow us to fund insulation and renewable energy systems in domestic properties in these areas, provided the household aligns with the following:

​

  • Property Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of D or below

  • Annual household income of under £30,000*

​
